• Where can I change the language setting for "KonMari Spark Joy!"?

  KonMari Spark Joy! will automatically detect the language of your device and change the language in the game accordingly.
  
  Supporting Languages include: English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Korean, and Taiwanese.
  
  If your current default language is not listed above, the game will automatically choose English.

• If I want to start over with a whole new tidying festival, what should I do?

  To start a brand new game, please tap on the ☰ icon on the top right corner on the screen, then choose the "page" icon on the very right.
  
  You will be prompted to confirm a data reset. Choose "Yes" to clear the current data, and voila! A whole new tidying journey will begin!

• How do I go back to the stages or areas I already cleared?

  "The true goal of tidying is to clear away the clutter so you can live the life you want."
  
  Part of the tidying journey involves being mindful and introspective, with the next step looking forward! Similarly, once an area is cleared, your journey continues forward without looking back.

• I've lost all the saved data of my tidying journey. How could I restore it?

  We're sorry to hear that you've lost all record of your tidying journey.
  
  Currently, the data of your game can only be saved on the local device. If you've encountered issues trying to synchronize your saved data with KonMari Spark Joy!, please close the app, turn off your device, then turn on your device again to see if it works.
  
  If this doesn't work, we unfortunately have no other way to recover the lost data for you.
  
  Please write to us and tell us about the incident in the "Contact Us" page. We'll do our best to prevent such a situation from happening again.

• What can I do if I deleted "KonMari Spark Joy!" and lost all data from my tidying journey?

  The current version of KonMari Spark Joy! does not support cloud progress saving service; the game data will only be stored in the local device.
  
  Please think twice before you decide to bid farewell to KonMari Spark Joy! and let it go!

• If I've deleted “Konmari Spark Joy!” from my device, can I regain my access to the game for free?

  Yes! After you reinstall KonMari Spark Joy!, you can still access the festival for free by using the same store account that was used during initial purchase.
  
  If you find that the app store still charged you with the right account logged in, please try logging out and logging back in again.
  
  However, if this method does not work, we suggest contacting the app store's support team and referencing your purchase invoice for further verification.

• What should I do if the extension pack I once bought cannot be re-activated, and the system keeps telling me to purchase it again?

  Please check if the Google Play/App Store account you have currently logged in is the same as the one you used when purchasing the extension pack. Try logging out of the account from the app store and log in again.
  
  If this method does not work, we suggest contacting the app store's support team and referencing your purchase invoice for further verification.

• Can I transfer “KonMari Spark Joy!” from Android to iOS or vice versa?

  Unfortunately, we currently don't have a solution that supports the transferring of two different operating systems.

• Can I transfer the data of my current tidying journey to another device with a different OS system?

  Unfortunately, you are unable to transfer data to another device with a different OS system. All the data of your journey is saved on the local device and is only compatible with a specific OS version of your original device.
